Olha Levchuk, PPS

Specialist Pilates Instructor

I'm Olha Levchuk from Ukraine; I moved to the USA due to the difficult situation in my home country. I was the owner of Sana Pilates Studio in Ukraine, a Physical Therapist, a Certified Pilates Instructor, and a wellness consultant. In my work experience with clients, I provide individual health and wellness rehabilitation sessions.

My experience and skills allow me to develop training programs that include a comprehensive approach and solutions to personal goals. I graduated from a Medical University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, got certified by the International Polestar Pilates School, and attended numerous therapeutic courses in rehabilitation and healthy movement. In my ten years of practice, I have learned the skills necessary to make your health and wellbeing my priority.

Training is individually customized to suit your needs by utilizing specialized Pilates equipment, such as Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector. There is low impact on the spine and joints when performing complex exercises on any of the apparatuses by engaging the musculoskeletal system correctly into the work we will do. Working in tandem, listening to each other, and most importantly, trusting — you will notice efficient progress promptly, and will feel stronger and better within a few weeks.
