Pilates 101 is a one-of-a-kind 8-week program that delivers safe, yet highly effective Pilates-based core strengthening exercises that are easy on the joints, and help improve your flexibility and posture. This program is more than just a class - it's a learning experience that will leave you feeling more confident and empowered about how to exercise and how NOT to hurt your back!

Graduates of our program worry less about back pain and injury, spend less time at the doctor’s office, and focus more on activities they love to do.

What to Expect

An hour and a half spent learning about your body, reducing back pain, and strengthening and mobilizing your joints.

Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle - this a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the exact exercises you can do every day to reduce your back pain.

Be ready to have fun! We are a family at Actify and our workshops aren't any different, be ready to work hard and laugh a lot as we help everyone in the class get one step closer to living the life they love.
