PilatesStick is a one-of-a-kind workout program that delivers safe, yet highly effective Pilates-based core strengthening exercises that are easy on the joints, and help improve your flexibility and posture. This program is more than just a class - it's a learning experience that will leave you feeling more confident and empowered about your fitness regimen. The PilatesStick Class is a dynamic workout that that improves balance, muscle-tone, and core strength.

The PilatesStick can be experienced in small group or private sessions.

What to Expect

1 Hour Sessions

Can be done in a small group setting (six participants or less) or in private, one-on-one sessions.

This class is a Pilates Mat based class using a professional PilatesStick attached to the Barre. It is a full body workout using the principles of Pilates to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Pilates will strengthen your core and improve your posture while sculpting the body.

A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated.
